A beautifully balanced and perfectly structured wine, this Barossa shiraz offers a complex bouquet of chocolate, liquorice & plum. The palate provides rich dark berry fruit with elegant herb & spice and a full dense texture with ripe tannins and well integrated oak.
 
The family favourite - rocky road. Smooth, fine chocolate rocky road with the fluffiest marshmallows, toasted coconut and roasted peanuts. Current stock is milk, dark cherry and white chocolate. 
 
Backa's recipes originate from Europe.  Their wood smoked cow’s cheese is a combination of rich smokey flavour with a light saltiness. Perfect on a platter and pairing well with Shiraz.
